Shipping policy

As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed within Australia will take between 3-5 business days to be shipped. If after this time indicated you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of the shipment at all times.

Orders placed globally (outside of Australia) may be subject to longer shipping periods depending on your location. All shipping time periods will be determined at checkout.

Worldwide shipping available. All shipment pricing is based upon weight & where you are located. Shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which is out of our control.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated on the checkout page. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to try & resolve your situation.
